Default rings for boosted lq4

I have a 72 Camaro with a stock LQ4,4l80e,s400 turbo,10psi
It was running great, went to the dyno, went to some shows and after a week of driving it things went bad. It ran fine but was smoking like a train. I did a leak down test and compression test and I have some serious blow by. I'm going to pull it apart, inspect and re-ring it. I don't know what rings to buy.I searched here and I called Total Seal. The tech guy was rude as hell and couldn't help me. Please steer me in the right direction. I'm tearing it down this weekend.

Total Seal with a steel top ring are what I'd use. It's rare for rings to go away that fast, more than likely you'll find you have a piston with a cracked ring land. Bob

Bob, you are 100% correct. I just pulled the pistons and #2 has two broken ring lands. The middle and the bottom broke. I was expecting it to be the top. Now do I,
- grab another used rod and piston
-buy new forged pistons
-buy forged rods and pistons
-go to the machine shop and not pay my mortgage this month.

Did it scratch up the cylinder wall?
I'd keep it down until you can afford to go forged so that it doesn't happen again. Bob
