Looking for a safe base tune turbo 5.3 ! i need a safe tune right away .i have no way to trailer the car to a dyno , so it'll have to be driven . The tune isn't that bad it's just the fuel trims at idle are off the charts. Has hptuners and a on3 76mm turbo kit . I can get all the specs on the car if someone could get me something to log and drive with. I can PayPal right away. Just need the car drive able by Thursday
First of all you need to list your whole combo to give an idea if anybody can help you or not. 5.3,stock cam?,maf?, 3bar map?, injectors?, what year pcm?, drive by wire or cable, what transmision and some pics of engine bay.
If you have HPT why not just do the basic tuning things yourself? Its really easy to do idle and part throttle tuning especially with Real Time Tuning enabled. You could have a driveable car in an hour or two without too much trouble. The idle could be tuned in like 10 minutes if that. Get it all setup and ready and then you could even do your own boost tuning as well and save several hundred dollars..
