Default Twin turbo LS1

First time turbo issues. Twin turbo LS1 Engine runs fine with Turbos disconnected but surges horribly and dies when hooked up.

Default Yes Sir

The ECM was programmed by Spare ECM and they advised us that for maximum horse power to have it put on the dyno and have it tweaked.

Any chance in the changeover you are opening up a vacuum leak? Assume you are just starting it and trying to idle. That was my first thought. Also, how are your O2 sensors configured?

You never mentioned about having any issues about power ?

You described a problem at idle, low loads....you do not need a dyno for that.

Has the car ever been tuned correctly to suit the modifications ?

If you have some flex pipe in there between the manifolds and the turbos make sure it's not collapsed.

are the BOVs open at idle? are the turbos very large and don't have anti-surge compressor housings?

you're really not giving us much to go on to help out...
