Default AFR goes real fat after hot...why?

Hey guys, trying to figure out if what I have going on is a tune issue or something mechanical. I added a Huron speed ac kit to my heads and cam ls1. Got the car tuned and it made good power given the safe parameters I gave my tuner. The car drives really really well until it gets hot. My cruising afr while car is coming up to temp is 14-15.1. As soon as the car gets hot, it drops to 11-12.1 and the car starts to buck badly when trying to just maintain speed. The idle changes some, and idle afr drops to about 13.1 also. The car is speed density tuned. It also goes lean at the top of gear and the the boost cut kicks in from my innovate gage. I know that is tune related. I just don't know if it getting real rich after it's warm is tune related or if I have a bad o2 sensor or anything else wrong. Any thoughts guys? I wanna cover all the bases before I go taking the car back to the tuner.
