Default My TVS catch can routing

I had issues with a few other routes I tried, there's a lot of different options out there but here's what works for me.
I had oil blowing out of the rear main seal under boost all over the exhaust the way it was routed before by a performance shop.

I ended up going with a 3 port can

- 3 port mishimoto catch can( 2in 1 out )
- each valve cover to the IN ports of the catch can
- OUT port on the catch can to the vacuum on front of blower.
- I do NOT have a vacuum port on my valley cover

This keeps the crankcase pretty under vacuum even when in boost

No more leak under boost, and the catch can has collected a very small amount of oil

you should put a low pressure gauge on the crankcase and then on that suction line so you see for sure what you are actually getting vs. what you say you think you are getting... just to be thorough

the blowers depending on how tiny an air filter (or dirty as they clog quickly) can make a ton of vac, which is good for crank pressure but bad for hp (losing boost), so always a good idea to double check that.

it will probably not collect as fast as it used to since you are no longer running a pcv system.

i need to bring one of those in to test.

my analog boost gauge is still seeing 9psi.
Exactly 8.5~8.7psi in hp tuners

and no more oil leaks so it's good in my book and meets my standards

sorry no i mean measure crankcase pressure not boost on that first comment.

you may notice that your oil becomes dirty quicker, so is good to keep an eye out for that vs. if you were doing a standard change interval with the pcv system functioning
