boosting a sbe ls1 with a ms3? I'm looking at a clean 2000 ws6 with an ms3, ported 243's, built 4l60 with a 3600 convertor and a 9" rear.
Plans for the car would be racetronix pump first with 80lb injectors first. Then 4l80 swap. Then boost it and drive it for a while while I build a forged 6.0 iron block. It would also get an ally control kit.
My question is how far can I push the ls1 and would I be better off to put together a procharger d1sc setup or a a/c retaining turbo setup? Longer term goals for the car would be mid to high 9's and very streetable. Goals for while I'm running the ls1 short block would probably be mid to low 10's.

THe magic number for Gen3 style rods seems to be around 600-650rwhp before they tend to bend. Stay around or under that number and the motor will last a lot longer than going above it
