Default cutting out in boost

iv been chasing my tail on this one. cant for the life of me figure out whats going on.

its a 08 5.3 with headers 222/222 cam and d1sc procharger with 3.55 pulley, has bosch 650cc injectors and walbro 450 every time I get up to around 9 psi the truck starts cutting out and the wide band goes crazy when it starts cutting out but from what I can tell in the log its pretty close before it stats its shenanigans.
I was thing maybe the gas was running to the back of the tank where the pump couldn't pick it up so I filled it up and same story, tried a power brake, no luck.

I think I'm running ngk br8 plugs, cant really recall. one thing I didn't do is gap them, just remembered I didn't do that. could I be blowing the spark out at 9 lbs?

Unless the coils are fucked, there is another problem elsewhere or your plug gaps are huge...then there is no way 9psi would trouble the stock ignition system.

Too cold of a plug for that power level. Try putting in a BR7.

I'm shooting for 700+ (what ever a maxed d1sc will get me)
I have a 3.55 pulley and going to spin 7k rpm but I can't get past 4500 rpm

What's your plug gap at? With MSD streefire or stock plug wires, I had to run my plug gap all the way down to .018". After switching to a set of Firecore50 wires, I run around .025" gap and have no problems.

Also, I had a breaking up issue once that wasn't spark related. Turned out the fuel filters were clogged up with e85 goo. Drove fine out of boost, and didn't go lean in boost, just started cutting out. Cleaned the filters and had the injectors sonic cleaned and fixed it.

Turns out I was wrong about the plug, it's a tr6. And they were around .038-.040. Closed them down to .028 and all is well.
