Hey guys I'm sure you have heard this question before but what would be the best fan setup for my D1sc kit? I want to keep my car running as cool as possible any input would be greatly appreciated. Also anyone know how much horsepower I should get with a d1sc kit all I have done is full exhaust no cats. Thanks in advance!
My brother has a 98 TA with a stock ls1 other than 1 3/4" headers with a D1sc and a 4" fmic with 7.25"/4" pullies made 470whp and doesn't get over 180° with a Spal 30102049 fan using the procharger shroud
You can also fit up to a 9" fan in the blank space of the Procharger shroud. I never had any over heat issues but I added the second fan to my shroud the last time I had it out of the car.

This is what I recommend for those who may get stuck in traffic when using the a/c in hotter climates. Bob
