Increasing Boost
I installed a D1SC Procharger on my '02 Z28. I has an SNS stage 2 cam 227/235, .613/.620, 110 LSA (I know not a good boost cam), P/P throttle body, full exhaust with cut out and spraying meth. It made 525/507 on only 7.7# of boost. My tuner told me I needed to increase my air inlet to 4 inch to get more boost. My question is how do I do that? I have twin intercoolers so room is limited. I am going to have to change head gaskets so while it down I want to get more boost if possible. Also I was wondering if I should go ahead and put a smaller pulley on the supercharger? I currently have a 4 inch pulley on the Procharger and a Morgan Motorsports crank pulley which I think is 7.85 inch.
Thanks
Thanks

What is the reasoning behind the headgasket change? If you're that deep it may be worth while to jam in a cam spec'd for your setup!!
Sorry I can't help otherwise

I have a blown head gasket. A new cam is not in the budget at the moment. Got the procharger as a Christmas gift and wasn't prepared for all of the expense involved with install so the old wallet is screaming at the moment.
