Default Fuel requirements with p1sc

Hey guys I have a 99 Camaro 6spd.

I'm installing a dual intercooled p1sc kit right now and wanted to iron out my fuel setup.

Current relevant mods are longtubes, ory and catback. Air/egr deleted. Tranny upgrades, Dana s60, blah blah

I have Siemens deka 60lb injectors going in with the procharger and plan to put in a fresh fuel filter as well. I have the inline pump that came with the procharger but will likely shy away from using that unless it's a good idea?

I would like to sit right around or slightly over 500whp to hopefully Keep the stock internals in one piece, so probably ~8-9 psi I'm guessing.

My question is would a racetronix 340 pump and Hotwire kit be enough to feed this setup? Not enough? Way overkill?

Thanks a lot for any input you guys could give.

Mike

A 255lph will supply enough fuel for 500whp on gasoline

Just be honest with yourself, and your future plans.

Chances are, 500rwhp is going to feel 'good' but you're going to want more. So you're going to turn up the boost.... and before too long, you're going to see a way to good deal on a bigger blower like a d1 or f1, and pull the trigger. Now you're going to have to replace the fuel pump because it's not enough.

Honestly look at price difference of doing a bigger single pump, vs. the time and effort and slightly more money of doing either twin pumps, or a bigger single, and chances are, it's worth it to go bigger now.

You're making all the mistakes I made when picking out parts! Get the F1 or D1, Walbro 450 and 80 # injectors. I've upgraded injectors and fuel pump since changing from nitrous. Luckily, I decided on the F1A from the start!

Listen to these guys !! The rabbit hole is deep. Once you enter .... you will be upgrading your parts. Leave yourself options for later by getting the bigger & better as it wont hurt performance if these items are not used to their full potential at your current level.

go for 80's & dual 255's on the fuel pump. That will leave you room to grow.

Thanks for the input guys. I wish I could do a d1 or f1 but I already have the p1sc-1 kit now. I'm all for overbuilding so I don't have to do it a second time down the road but if I'm being truly honest with myself, I really won't push it much past 500-550 because I know I can't afford to replace the motor if it pops. So the p1 should really be plenty.
