Surge Valve to loud
Surge Valve to loud Hey guys its been awhile since I've been in here. Still working out gremlins in my car but wanted to figure out what my options are to the my noisy surge valve (Big red one). I have the bigger crank pulley (8.65) with the smallest pulley I could get on my F1a. So you can imagine what my car sounds like at a red light.

Tial Q BOV with a supercharger spring I think is less loud at idle.
The other thing you could do is put a breather on the valve to calm some of the hiss. I know a lot of the Vette guys do it.
