Default Vacuum diagram help

I've read through many forums and stickies about this topic but have not found quite what I was looking for. I have a GENIV 5.3 with truck intake and plan on splitting off the rear 1/2" vacuum port to a 3/8 supply line to a small vacuum manifold which will provide up to x6 1/4 ports. I have single 76mm ON3 turbo, External Tial 38mm Sport Wastegate, Tial BOV and a AEM Truboost controller with gauge. I am trying to draw up how these should be connected to one another and to the motor itself but the Tial diagrams are not much help when combining the other pieces to the puzzle. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If your turbo outlet isn't tapped alot of people run that reference from the vacuum block coming off the intake manifold instead.

My turbo housing does not have a hose barb tapped into it, so I will run this to the vac manifold as well you're saying.
