Turbo build advise... Ok so I'm building my first turbo engine and am looking for help with the setup. It's a 03 Lq4 bored to 4.030 with a k1 crank, Callie's rods and wiesco pistons, super Victor efi intake, ported and polished 317 heads, fully studded and I'm running the Holley efi hp system. Need help with a cam, injectors, and what I can run for a turbo and any other key items I may need. And for my trans it's a th400 with dual feed mod full manual valve body
Not enough info for a cam. It should always be spec'd by a pro. They do it for free as long as you buy the cam from them. Injectors depend on turbo choice and fuel choice. And your turbo is based off how much hp you want to make.
figure out what the end goal for the truck will be and how much power you will need to accomplish that goal...
keep in mind when adding lots of HP & TQ your driveline will also need to be able to handle this huge OnSlaught of power, them tires are large and heavy, can make for exposing weak links in your driveline very fast...
Figure out where you want you power to be and how much and your cam and turbo choice will make that happen!! would make a great Mud Slinger!!

Well from what I've seen I don't think 1000 is out of the question??? And yea she's a pig but the 1ton drive line should hold up and if not I'll cross that bridge when I get there haha. Building for mostly ripping around and to hook to the sled at the pulls if I want. So low end grunt/mid range I'm thinking. Truck is already boxed in and chromoly front shafts as well
