Thoughts on the Proflow injection plate. Just seeing what everyone's opinions are on the Proflow injection plate. I was originally was going to go carb, on my turbo 5.3L. I dont want to have to go through having to sell my carbed vic jr, for a fuel injection manifold. I was going to run the injection plate with a 4150 style throttle body.

If you're set on keeping your manifold it looks like a nice piece. My guess is that like any short runner manifold you'll end up losing power in the mid range vs running a long runner manifold. Depends on your intended use and goals. On the other hand, like tbi setups you could benefit from latent heat reduction injecting fuel further upstream.
