6 rib to 8 rib question
6 rib to 8 rib question I have a p1sc-1 6 rib and want a larger crank pulley which nobody seems to make any more. Can I get the ATI balancer and 8 rib crank pulley for the procharger, run an 8 rib pulley on the head unit but leave the serpentine belt 6 rib until I can upgrade those as well?

I don't see why you can't run a 6 rib belt on a 8 rib system...
If you ran a 8 rib belt on a 6 rib system I'd give you a lot of credit.
But why bother doing work twice. Buy the 8 rib pulleys you can now, find the remaining 8 rib pulleys you need and get a 8 rib belt then do the conversion all at once.

I suspect your belt alignment would be off. Here is the complete 8 rib upgrade kit, the required harmonic balancer is an upgrade. Bob
