How much boost were u running at 18*? I’m having issues loading the video so figured I would just ask. Also your DP consists of what?
My 78/75 uses the CX 3” DP and I know it’s choking it, a cutout about 7ft from the turbo (under the pass seat) was worth 2psi and a **** ton of spool with it open with no other changes.

Actually was able to watch the video. 17psi at 14* is still kinda high. I’m at 14.5* at 200kpa or 14.5psi on 93 and wiper fluid.
You said you have 9psi back pressure after the turbo? So in the DP? Or what that pre turbo? You should try to get a pre turbo backpressure reading and see what it’s doing and what ratio you are for your boost... make sure your 2:1 or less.
