Maf code p0101

Maf code p0101 Good evening everyone, So about a month ago I purchased a 01 SS A4 84k miles with a V-9 supercharger pushing 5lb of boost, from what I can tell it has bigger injectors, kenne bell boost a pump, msd plugs, long tubes and was dyno tuned at G-force motorsports. Yesterday I was racing another car and had to do a sudden stop so I hit the brakes pretty hard but not to the point where the tires screeched, but right afterward the car started hesitating at acceleration and turning off when I slow down, surely enough the SES light came on. I checked it, and its showing code P0101 which I'm sure you all know is the MAF code. I tried cleaning it along with the cables, and replacing the current one with a new one and it did not fix the issue, and whenever I left the cable disconnected the car did stabilize and stopped shutting off. So at this point id like some advice on what coarse of action I should take with this car
