Default Start up - on stand

Gonna fire up my build on a stand pretty soon here. I downloaded a tune from the sloppy site (P01 2018 Colorado DBC 2 bar flex decapped 80e 500hp base.hpt) which matches my build. My build followed the typical stage 2 build with a small cam and springs, 80# SD inj, and a 76mm turbo

I don't have e85 but I'm told if I don't have an ethonol sensor I should be fine.

2 questions:
1) My plan is to leave the turbo disconnected for the initial startup, is that okay? I don't plan to run the engine long or bring the RPMs up much, just enough to validate the harness is good.
2) This might no be the best place to ask this but... I have not uploaded the tune or even plugged in the ECU. Anything I need to know before I do that? I know I have to License and delete VATS... any other tips for a first timer?

NOTE:
Using a fuel inj cleaner to fire the car on the stand, pretty sure I just want to make sure FP is at ~55 psi, anyone else do it this way? Saw a YT video on this and thought it was a great idea especially since I don't need to run the engine for long.

Do I throw a few bungs in a pipe for my O2's? Hot looking to tune it just want to verify my harness is working. If I get a little info logged that would be cool too, I'm a total newb to tuning so even flipping thru a log will be awesome

how loud can a dinky little 4.8 be?

are you gonna hook up a radiator and accessory drive?

hehe i just moved my truck around with the turbo taken off yesterday. incredibly loud and terrible sounding. perhaps only surpassed by running with no manifolds at all.

Naa, just want a minute or 2 of run time before I set the engine between the fenders to check a few things out. Not much for fuel supply either so she won't get to warm
