Smile Well, im finally going FI

Decided to stop being a sissy and go forced induction! I'm pretty excited however I have a few questions

I ended up buying a used vortech kit with the V9G headunit... I plan on buying a racetronix pump with either a 42 or 60# injector.

My questions are this.

1) The car is a 98. I've heard they have problems tuning for boost. Is this a real issue or can a good tuner get around this?

2) On a 60# injector will i be able to run e85 with the racetronix pump?

3) Anyone have any parts for this kit? It did not come with the bracket and some other odds and ends

4) Any other suggestions on what i need for this?

Car is currently full bolt on m6 with a spec stg3 clutch. Stock rearend

98s can be tuned around, especially if you go to an ls7 MAF in a 4 inch tube like what Spectre sells. It's about 100 bucks to do the conversion and will give you head room. If you're going E85 I'd probably go straight to 80lb injectors. Make sure you get an E85 approved pump and get the hotwire kit. Don't know much about that specific blower kit.

As a fellow m6 owner who just bit the bullet to go FI I'm interested to hear how long that 10-bolt lasts. What are your power goals? If you have 93 octane around you it may be easier to not go e85.
