Hesitation

Hesitation I have a LS7-whipple supercharger, 1970 Chevelle. About 1000HP.
It has some hesitation from a dead stop. The plugs look like fuel is dumped in and only after 20 miles.
Fuel pressure is 67lbs. Engine builders said to use that pressure.
New O2 sensors
New plugs
New fuel filter
I am getting new plug wires.
IDK what else I can check to make it stop
My thoughts were the 67 lb pressure is too much?? I should set it at 58.
No engine codes either.
