What do you guys think about a set of GT3582 turbos? Maybe give me a little more headroom to grow if I want, and still spool fairly quickly?
Truth time. You are never going to nail down your first build to something that you are happy with forever. You have obviously taken the time to make a well researched and informed decision. You should also realize by now that you are going to get conflicting opinions. At a certain point you just have to try something and see how it goes. Hopefully you will keep us informed of the results, as it adds to the knowledge base.

I feel that a small single will spool quickest but have the greatest backpressure. Twins will likely have less back pressure and require less boost to achieve your goals, but being larger in combined cfm ratings - may come in a tad later... in an auto I doubt you'd notice.
