Default 4" downpipe split into duals

I am running a LQ4 with a t6 1.10A/R s475, with a goal of 650 to the wheels, with a 4" downpipe and need/want to split it into duals to be able to run it out the back of my truck. It is going to just be a street truck and don't want the noise and drone under the cab. If I split it into dual 2.5" will that kill the flow? I could possibly step it up to 3" but will have to get creative. I know the area of the dual 2.5" isn't as much as the single 4" but wasn't sure if 3" would be overkill.

I ran my 4" underneath, then split it into 2-2.5" duals, both have mufflers.
Surprised in a truck you cant run one 4" all the way back, I did it on a 65
Buick, 2 mufflers, over the rear to the rear bumper.

What are those horns coming off the pipes after the muffler? For drone?
