Help with twin sizing for 5.3l Tossing around the idea of purchasing a Huron v3 Twin to run on the car in my sig, and putting the A/C t4 setup on my wife's T/A. What I am struggling with is choosing turbos for the twin kit. This will be a gen4 5.3l SBE/799's, head studs, stage2 tick turbo cam (5.3l), T-56 (MH3, 2.29 1st ratio), I plan to change the 4.10's out during the rest of the build. I see a lot of guys running Chinese turbo's with good luck, so I am not opposed to that. Goal is to max the bottom end, so 800-900 RWHP, and still be fun as hell on the street with good spool. I have 99+ swap, 3-bar, ecu etc to swap over the 98 stuff, and the fuel system is -8 feed/return (all fragola e-85 stuff), and twin 450's in the tank, and either bosch 210's or deka 80's.
What should I go with here? What A/R for the little 5.3 to breathe through?

Del (Wicked69) has a set of On3 62s on his car now on a 6.0. He has the same twins on a 5.3 and the thing is an animal. Nearly 4000 lbs and it goes 5.70s IRC. As far as injectors go, go with the 210s. Just be sure they’re legit. No need to mess with high duty cycles when you push it.
