Throttle body question

I have a 5.3 with gt45 and tbss intake. I need to switch to a cable throttle body. Will the small truck tb with adapter be ok or would I be better off to get the warr 92mm? How much difference would I see between the two?

I personally would stick with the stock throttlebody for your combo. The larger throttle body wont help hp as much as it will hinder lower rpm power. In my opinion.

Thanks for the info guys. I've got one of those truck TBs laying around. I'll get an adapter and use it.

I did both used stock ls1 throttle body with ict adapter and the eBay 92mm and it makes no difference.... eBay deal looks better lol
