METH Tank Rusting Bad - Solution?
METH Tank Rusting Bad - Solution? 
I attached a pic of my methanol tank, provided by Alky Control. It's rusting pretty bad, to the point where I can't even remove the refill door without having to use a screw driver.
What do you all do to prevent this? or just leave it as is?

Just get a new cap section. Or a new tank, whatever is easiest.
Although those red caps are pretty crap in most applications that use it. Not really sure why they seem popular with fuel cells.

As said, they are just crap caps.
Best solution is get a stainless or alloy one fabbed up.
Although with a proper cap, you'd need to ensure the tank can breathe, as pretty sure those red ones allow air in/out to some degree.
