Default Boosted MightyMax

Im 18 yr old college student and my dad got me a Mitsubishi MightyMax for Christmas and first thing that came to my mind was to ls swap and boost this bad boy lol they truck weighs about 2750lbs with me in it so this should be fun. I have a ok-ish budget but still not trying to spend a lot.
I have some experience building ls engines and did a lot of research and sorta kinda have an idea of what I want

600 rwhp
-2002 4.8 Stock just below 175k miles (laying around our shop)
-lq4 cam
-ls2 intake possibly keep truck intake
-80lb dieka injectors
-044 Bosch fuel pump intank
-front sump GTO pan
-GT45 turbo kit 69mm kit or some "Cheaper" Borg Warner i was thinking about the s480
-pumpgas
-looking to run 10's

My questions are...

-if the gt45 can't get me there maxed out is there a cheap Borg Warner that could work I was thinking s480?

-I want to run e85 but it isn't really available here so should I run a meth kit?

-I wanna send the pcm out to be tuned what company should I send it to?

Yes, to most of it. GT45 should max around 650rwhp but for the price is a nice bullet proof turbo. The issue being is big and heavy and u could do much better like a cast 78/75 and have room to grow. Also not sure if the 044 pump will support that flow? I don’t know much about them.

Im doing a similar build it’s a 5.3 with a LQ9 cam (good for 40hp over the stock 4.8/5.3 cam). I have been to 15psi on 93 pump with wiper fluid as meth on the street.

An S475 chinese clone would work well. The 78/75 would work well too. Those are better than the GT45.
I like using actual BorgWarner's, but people are having good results with the Chinese clones.

I would run a meth kit with pump gas. You could probably get away without it, but it's nice peace of mind.

Hopefully you're just sending out the ecu for a base tune only. It'll be hard for them to dial in the tune without being there with the car. If you're able to datalog with a wideband and send those back and forth, you can have pretty good results remotely though.

Getting the car on the dyno with a good tuner would be better.
