Default Maggie Tb upgrade

Hey all,
been a while since I’ve been on. I currently have a 04 gto M6 with a TVS 1900 SC. Stock heads and cam. Running shorty headers.
Move been kicking around the idea of going to a 92mm Tb with larger MAF and larger intake tube.
Would it be worth it?

also I recently took off my catless mids and installed my catted mids, the car feels like it picked up torque and pulls harder. Is this common?

Yes anything you can do on the intake side is very helpful on a PD blower. You will likely see 1-2psi boost increase and 40-60hp.

Thumbs up

From what I've seen it should be a solid gain, curious to see some results though.

Check to see if you have any vacuum between the throttle body and the blower at WOT. There should be a port there. If there's little to no vacuum there, you're wasting your money going to a bigger throttle body. If you have 3" or more like I had on one of my builds, a bigger throttle body is easy hp.
