LY6 + 243s + Turbo?

LY6 + 243s + Turbo? I had an aluminum 5.3, already got the 243 heads redone, already have a GT45 turbo, already have the TBSS intake, "SS2" cam and fbody pan and a 4L80.
Found out the 5.3 isn't going to work without some machine work and that's not in my budget.
Picked up an 09 LY6 short block that I want to use. Is the compression using 243 heads OK with a turbo or to high? Strictly street car, more interested in reliability than maximum power. I think everything I bought will port over to the 6.0 except the head gaskets. Prefer to run 93.
