408 turbo selection

So here’s the basics of what I have: TSP forged 408, L92 Heads, 10.7:1 comp, LS3 intake, Williams 92mm throttle body, detchwerks injectors, Holley terminator x max, 3200 stall converter, and 4l80. I’m looking for input on selecting a turbo for my set up. I’m looking to make around 1100hp and was leaning towards an 88mm but I’m open to anyone’s opinions! Also has anyone had good luck with the VSR turbos?

Contact Jose at Forced Inductions and have him hook you up with a billet S485 with the 102mm turbine wheel.

Curb weight?

Max Rpm?

The turbine/hot side side of the turbo your gonna select is probably going to be on the larger side due to your displacement.

I have Jose's s491 on my 403 and easily made 1000+ whp. That gets my vote plus you can build into it for a long time to follow.

Agree with what the others have said. Whatever FI recommends but for sure their 102mm turbine and T6 housing. My personal vote would be the 91/102 for a 408.
