Default need some advice and help

i got my car going in april SBE lq4 with stage 1 cam ms3 pro and s475 and t56. i got the car going in april and tune all areas under boost first with the auto tune feature. then slowly did my boost up to 8lbs. then went to dyno to get to 12 lbs and see how much power it would make.we pulled plugs numerous times and they looked good.car made 608hp nd like 650tq. i was happy. got this done on sept 28th

took it out numerous times and all was good car ran great sounded great on highway pulls. on slight acceleration i would go lean in any gear at rpms from 4k to 6k at around 50% throttle,so i checked logs and made adjustments in those areas and all was good again. tuner said he could of missed them cells i dont know.

took out this passed saturday and did some more highway pulls and everything seemed good. went to go for ride sunday started car and noticed smoke from breather alot lol and pulsating pressure from oil cap.did leak down test and cyl #7,5, and 8 toast.didnt take apart yet.

then i check tune in it now and timing seems kind of high and maybe lean afr in some areas,i dont know this is why i asking you guys for help.i put pics of my tables.when i fix i dont want to mess it up again.but i will keep trying til i figure it out with some help
thanks nick

Not familiar with ms3. Timing table doesn’t seem very smooth and somethings I would change. 34* at wot at 90kpa is too much imho. Most people find they make the most power at 28* or so on these engines. That said but doesn’t really appear to be over timed in boost. If you were getting detonation bad enough you probably would have heard it. Sounds like coffee beans being shook in a metal can. What girl are you using?

that table looks like a commanded afr table. Do you have a normal VE table and a log of your runs when you think you hurt it? Curious to see what your actual afr was compared to the commander afr. As well as timing logged during the runs.

You may have broken some ring lands.

i added my current tune file and i do not know exactly when i hurt it. didnt hear any noises and it didnt skip a beat. i think he set up knock sensors because we tested by tapping on block and sensors picked up the tapping.

That long only has a real short pull to 5k at 7psi according the the logs “boost psi”.

About 21* of timing at 7psi. Afr after 4600 or so got a bit lean at 12.4afr which is .7 off your commanded. And Right before you let off the afr jumped to 18 then to 19 (and you were still at 100% tps) then you came out of the throttle. More logs to check out could be helpful to see if there is any trends with that goofy ness going on with the fueling.

Nothing really jumping out at me outside of that in that little log though. Very well could have hurt it before and something finally gave up when you took it out for a spin that last time. Pretty curious myself now. I’m not familiar with MS so maybe I am missing something.

I am no expert... but I haven’t hurt a motor yet 🤷dum♂️ Could be just dumb luck on my part (sometimes it’s better to be lucky than good).

those lean spikes happen while i am still in it, then afr safety shuts it down then i lift and engine starts again. it happens at all different boost levels an throttle positions. i will add more logs thanks for you help! the lower numbered logs are from a day or 2 after dyno session

maybe all those lean spikes did the damage even though the saftey shut engine down?

What fuel are you using? If you're on pump gas 17-20 degrees of timing at 175-200kpa is rather aggressive imo, especially in the upper rpm range.

using pump gas 93 octane no meth injection. i agree with you i thought it was aggressive also and i notice the knock sensors arent set up to retard timing
