I heard they were big in the half mile stuff, but with long gears and linearly adding power Im sure they stand a much better chance then something setup for the 1/4. A 215 runflat will handle 1000whp if you apply it slow enough

I hit mine with everything, no boost ramp, manual car, unsprung twin disk clutch, 3.42 gear, they hook better than the Mickeys I took off, just facts. They are just a very capable street tire, handle good, fine in the rain, no hassle from cops, really just a win win.

Now its no 15" Hoosier slick, which would be my option to hook everything at the track but they also come with compromises and makes the car handle like soup when used on the street.

I refuse to post the video I made last week, when I left off left of the transbrake @ 12psi on the dew coated grass, and toted the wheels for 80ft, as I'm not tryna flex that hard. However, I do have a pic of the street tires, a quick street pull, and a dyno pull. I don't really trust the torque reading, as the car made right at 900ft/lb with the t56, and 1024ft/lb with the Th400....guessing converter shenanigans.

If I remember right, 18ish. Lol, Nah, I'm using the front wheel sensor for my speedo signal, and it triggers the brake light.

Ive only tried their street comps and ET Street 2's never the street R. From the tread looks like they would hook better.

315's, they do run about an inch wider then the Mickeys I took off. Granted I have room for like 3-4 more in of tire, just not many tires that workout to the size needed F/R.

I call that a "streetable" tire, technicalities I guess.

I run SBE, no reason to gap rings on E85... least I haven't had an issue with it under 30PSI.

It's built. -13cc Diamond pistons, H beam compstars and crank, steel top rings (machine shop originally built this motor years ago, couldn't tell ya the gap). I've since freshened it. For your viewing pleasure....

very nice! I was looking at those same rods yesterday.

what about 15-16lbs boost on pump gas with meth injection. Stock 5.7. Be ok ya think? I’m starting to get brave because I’ve been beating on it on 12-13 and it’s been holding with no meth. Knock on wood! Lol

Hate saying this, as its cliche, but it's "all in the tune".

.

60# at 60psi with a boost referenced reg is going to get ya 700rwhp+ on petrol. will be like 600rwhp maxxxxxed on e85. It’s probably the perfect injector for most mild setups. Realistically for a reliable power level on gen 3 SBE engines the 60s are perfect and cheap. You get to the 700rwhp range your giving the reaper your Con Rods address lol

if you plan on upgrading your setup down the road to a 1000+ hp setup then yeah, probably buy bigger injectors now. I’m always starting new projects so old parts get passed to the new projects and I get more use out of them

I’m aware, but around here 600-700hp is considered dogshit slow, so basically everyone goes Gen4 and bats 1000. Heck these days guys got 6bolt blocks in their daily's, ***** outta control... better have your street game right.
