Squash Still In Business?
I placed an order about a month ago and I’m getting a little nervous that they haven’t given an update and won’t respond to my calls or emails.
Just wanted to update this thread so nobody else gets scammed. Squash performance is no longer a legitimate business. If you place an order via their website, you will be robbed. I am currently working with my bank to dispute the charge, which is not an easy task since I authorized it. Could possibly be out almost $800 from this.
Squash Performance is still in business.
I was fortunate to get in touch with Andy at Squash Performance today as I do typically do get an answering machine. I purchased a dual pump setup for my 01 years ago and plan on using them again for my 99 build. A super nice guy that I've talked to several times in the past and he's always taken the time to speak with me. He admits the customer service has fallen off lately due to being overwhelmed with orders and he does apologize for this. He went on and told me the biggest issue right now is waiting on the anodizing process which is not something done by Squash and as a result they are having to wait on parts to build pumps. It's been taking 2-3 months to get an order out and for those that decide to cancel their orders they will be refunded.

Right after I saw the last post I called squash again and Andy did answer this time. He told me that he could build my pump tonight without it being completely anodized and he would overnight it to me. Once I get a tracking number from him or receive the pump I will let my bank know and post an update here.

Still waiting for the item to get dropped off to UPS. Haven’t talked to the bank yet, but will when the tracking shows package is received. I think I’m still getting a bit of the runaround from squash as he said he could build the pump Wednesday night. We’ll see how it all goes. I was never originally concerned with the pump taking awhile to get here. But when a seller has my money and straight up ghosts me, I start to freak out
Sounds rediculous. If he can't stay in contact with people to let them know what's going on, he needs to quit. There is just no excuse that he can't send a email or text. JMHO
