Default 2006 TBSS TVS2300 Project

I am working on a project this winter to finish up my 2006 Trailblazer SS project. The previous owner rebuilt the LS2 and put a set of Advanced Induction LS3 heads as well as a Comp Cams blower spec stick in it (.610 / .623 & 223 / 247 on 117 LS). He did the electric fans conversion as well as a cold air intake and cat back exhaust. I have continued the build with Kooks headers, Level 5 4L70 trans / 2900 converter. I had the front diff redone with a torsion unit upgrade as well as a chromoly cross shaft and HD axels. I scored a used TVS2300 (jackshaft) supercharger that came with a RDS spacer and 850 injectors. The front pulley is a 3.0 and the rears are 3.0 on the blower and a 3.25 on the jack shaft.
I am now gathering my parts list to get things ordered. Has anyone on here played around with this type of build and what did you use to pull it off?
Looking at the following

2010 Camaro accessory drive conversion
Options for heat exchangers & pumps
Aftermarket balancer
HD tensioner
Crank pin kit

Are u sure that’s a 2300? It looks small.

Yes, that's a 2300.

Couple guys on the truck side messed with the 2300's and have experience with them.

I used all the stock TBSS accessories on mine. Ran the over driven rear cog, 2.7 front pulley, the IW 8 rib 10% OD crank and RDS extra large spacer. Mine was way over spun but I'm in Denver. The 2300 Maxed out at 15psi on my 418. Made 798hp 855tq on a Mustang Dyno. I'm selling my whole 8 rib combo. You are for sure going to need to go 8 rib if you plan on hitting it hard.Some guys have moved over to the 5th Gen Camaro accessories but its no help for the area you are going to be in.

Are you AWD or 2wd? I smoked my transfer case on the dyno at about 830awtq and went 2wd. Lots of guys had better luck AWD then I did. Too bad TBSSOwners was trashed by the new owners there was a lot of great info there from years back.

Keep the thread going and good luck. I'm bring my old girl back to life at the moment with a Snail up front.

May I ask what you paid for the supercharger? I've been thinking of going LSA soon, just curious on the price.

Been a rough year as Covid and battling Cancer has takin up a lot of my time and money. I had a goal of having the blower installed and tuned by my surgery in June this past summer. I met the goal but spun a rod bearing during data logging to tweak the tune. So now I have a forged 408 being built that will go in after my treatment is over in early 2021. The hope is that with the new short block I will have a beast on my hands for a street driven SUV.
