Default Scavenge Pump Size

I've done a lot of research on scavenge pumps and figured out there are really only a couple ones out there re-branded over and over with huge price differences. So a helical bronze gear pump seems to be the way to go. For a T7875 journal bearing single turbo does anyone know how much scavenge pump volume is required? Is 0.88GPM enough? I haven't been able to find the actual required pump size... thanks.

I didn't go to the effort of trying to specifically measure/match the volume requirements. My PT7675 was just too low in my kit to effectively drain correctly. I did some research here and reached out to others and the pump of choice seemed to be the Turbowerx. Ever the cheap guy, I bought the entry level pump and promptly received it. However, it stopped working before I ever started the engine. Mounted it up, ran the wiring, tested the electrical function and it worked. Finished plumbing the to/from braided lines and AN fittings but when I went to test it one more time, it never 'hummed'. I checked everything and it had to proper voltage to it, etc. I wanted to drive the car so I simultaneoulsy ordered the next /larger pump and told the Turbowerx company about the prior pump. They said to send it back to them and if they found a manufactuering/assembly issue, they'd refund the cost plus all shipping. I got the new pump in 2 business days, and after a week, they emailed to say they found the pump did have a problem and they complete refunded the cost and shipping expenses.

I've ran the pump from 2014 till this past November. I took it off because I'm switching to twin GT35's that are mounted high enough, I can use gravity drains.

I'm running the Turbowerx base model, no issues so far. I know everyone says to go bronze gear driven, i.e. Turbowerx Exa. That'll be what goes in when this fails.
