I have a 2016 l96 engine with 14k miles and want to run a s485 turbo in a 2001 mustang weight should be around 3400 with a 4l80e my goals are to run at least 5.50 1/8 will this engine produce these times I know I'll have to change cam etc

Will it make the power needed to runs 5.50? Yes, with enough boost it will.
will it run a 5.50? Depends. You are going to need a 1.3 to 1.45 60 foot likely.
what is the rear end gear? What stall speed?
suspension will have to be dialed in and dead on.

I would target at least 950whp for your goal. What fuel - E85 or at least 100 octane?

You'll need to:
Open ring gap - .026" top and .028" 2nd
LS9 head gaskets preferred - could reuse gaskets with copper spray
Head studs preferred
Cam and springs spec'd to run 7000rpm - I prefer at least 7500 to 8000
Fuel system to support at least 1000whp at 80% injector DC - depending on fuel used.
Boost to 25psi at 7000rpm
A2A IC to keep IAT < 150F, preferred < 120F
7 range plug
Tune to produce power above peak tq for longevity
