IAT difference - dyno tap water versus in car performance?
Anyone know how much IAT gain there is when running room temp tap water through the supercharger coolant tract on a dyno? I'm wondering about a lsa/ls9/lt4 setup with relatively stock levels of boost, through the stock intercooler bricks. Are we talking 20* over ambient after it goes through the intercooler bricks or 50* or otherwise?
I'm just trying to get an idea of how these setups behave with a divorced track with a lower temp fluid cooling the hot air coming out of the supercharger.
Anyone know at approximately what intake temp the stock tune starts pulling timing on these engines?
