Default Tapping dipstick hole
Hello,
Are there any issues drilling/tapping out dipstick hole to 1/4 npt?
are there any coolant passages around that hole?
standard dipstick is no good for my log headers and bending a new tube is out.
pan will be off for welding a bung on the front
didnt want to pay for lokar one with import charges to uk on top of that...

Tap and plug is fine. See all the trouble you can avoid if you use factory manifolds?

Factory manifolds wouldnt fit, youve seen my engine bay in photos?
anyway, tapped and new stainless tube fitted.?hope it works lol...
