Default To stroke not to stroke

I was all ready to start assembling my 3.625 stroke LSA forged short block that is going in my 2006 GTO 6sp with a couple of Garrett GTX3576 Gen 2 turbos adapted to my old GenTTR twin kit when I started thinking about changing to a 4” stoke and going 416. Four years ago when I started planning this build before life got in the way I was using the GTO as a part time daily Two or three times a week on a 70 mile round trip commute and was going to try my hand at road racing on a 2.5 mile track with it. I was going to use a set of GT3076r Turbos with the largest T25 internal gated turbines so they would bolt directly to my kit. I knew the turbos were undersized for a 377 and I didn’t have enough turbo and turbine especially for anything larger. Now I have retired it from commuting and I’ve decided to build one of my 2nd generation Firebirds as a dedicated track car so this will be a fun street and freeway car and I really like the idea of having a lot of torque with the 6sp especially in 1st and early in second when building boost is challenging so the extra cubes would be nice especially out of boost.

The parts I currentLy have are a 3.625 Callies Magnum crank with a welded on billet 24 tooth reluctor, Lunati Billet I beam rods, Wiseco 4.070 -11cc dish with DLC coated pins, either Trick Flow 255 LS3 With 60cc chambers or WCCH stage 2 L92 with hollow REV valves and 70cc chambers and a rod modded/ported LS3 intake with 127 FIC injectors and a flex fuel setup with E85. Cam is yet to be determined and the block has studded mains and head studs along with the oil squirters and the pan has an Improved Racing baffle and crank scraper.
I have a 4 Inch Callies Compstar that I was going to use in a 403 LS2 build that I could use if I wanted to and I just bough a new set of Wiseco -15cc dish pistons for the 4 inch stroke so.all I would need to do is rebalance it as I could still use the rings I already gapped but I would have to lose the oil squirters since I cannot see giving Katech $700 for a set of oil squirters that work with the 4” stroke. Since I wouldn’t be road racing it that probably isn’t a deal breaker. Even though I have access to E85 I’m not sure I would want to run 10.85 compression that my milled Trick Flow heads would yield so I would probably use the WCCH stage 2s to keep me around 10 to 1 so I could run pump 91 and meth if needed.
I realize for ultimate power the smaller motor would be better but I could probably live with trading a little HP for more usable torque where 80 percent of my driving with be done. Unfortunately I will be limited to a T3 turbine since it has to be internally gated turbine housing but I will run a minimum .82 A/R and they make a 1.06 A/R housing If that doesn’t flow enough. I have no desire to redo my existing hot side so That is not an option.

So I would like opinions as to put it together as a 377 or build a 416, my problem is I come from old school Pontiacs where it was always more cubes and even though I have run LS2s for 10 years it is still hard to get the idea of use the most cube possible for the street out of my head but I know the turbos may be the limiting factor. Since it won’t be getting nearly as many miles on it I’m also not as concerned with accelerated piston skirt wear as I was. Thanks in advance.

416ci gets my vote. I did a 390ci.......now I'm gonna have to upgrade to a 427ci for my goals.
