I finally got access to a milling machine. I cut the shapes out myself. Drilled the corners and just used a 3/8 end mill to trace the shapes out. Thats sort of it really. Just needs to be in the car and the wires/hoses hooked up. Thanks for taking a peek.

I've been doing a lot of work and not really documenting it. Blower related I put a small throttle cable extension from the TB to the front of the blower. I will then extend a cable from the pedal to the blower front and hook the 2 together. Makes the blower cable modular with the blower itself. I also had to move the engine forward 2.5" from the stock SBC location in order to fit ANYTHING back there for the intake. This however has mad the header situation a complete nightmare. The passenger side DOES NOT fit whatsoever. The lower part of the primary tubes hits the frame something fierce. I am hopeful that a set of shorties will fix this issue. Its close to running though. Not pictured but the inner fenders are on and the wiring is nearly done for the Holley Terminator. There's a lot of small things that are dragging my motivation down.

The swap looks good! It should be a fun driver.

Transitioning out of the Marines huh? Congratulations and thank you for your service.

Been a while since I checked in on your progress, looking great. Kudos on pushing past the clearance issues with the 102mm/intake at the engine and firewall. I lucked out and had just enough room to run a 3.5" mandrel bend back into the firewall recess of my c10 to meet up with the SC inlet. There's no way I could've squeezed a TB back there, too. With any luck, I'll be firing mine for the first time soon! Keep after it..

I had it started for the first time tonight. Short little runs to see if it had oil pressure and O2 functioned. I don't know if I can upload videos here or not, if I can I will. But its healthy and desperately needs an exhaust

That is so much more hot rod looking than the LSA!

Can't wait to hear how it performs for you.

I put a small video of its first start on youtube so you could see it. I don't know if posting links is acceptable or not, but there it is as plain text. I'm trying to buy a house right now so I'm not super focused on the car for now.

Congrats. This thing is so cool! Sounds fantastic for a first start.

I'd shocked if you don't get people messaging you about making these adapters for others.

I have a project im working on its a 5.3L aluminum block. I have purchased one of these m122 blowers. Waiting for my adaptors to come in the mail. I have a holley terminator x setup curious to know how well it adapted to the setup with the supercharger. Any guidance would be helpful.
thanks

You shouldn't have any issues, I'm running the terminator x with this supercharger. Who's adapters are you using? I'm really only familiar with the MDP adapters described in this thread

MDP doesnt offer the adaptors anymore. Using the Fabworks ones. They are the only place around at the moment from what i am finding.

also with the terminator x what injectors and throttle body did you run. Can i run the stock injectors that the m122 uses and the drive by wire throttle body?

For injectors, I think it's probably going to come down to whatever you have for rails. MDP originally made theirs to fit the tall injectors but later updated them to run the short LSA style. Since I had the early rails, I spaced them down and ended up running the LSA injectors (Holley 522-768) and GM12580760 90mm dbw throttle body

I modified my terminator harness to pass under the supercharger. Its a tight fit without spacing the blower up slightly. I just removed the loom on the connections i needed to move and spaced the wires accordingly. Then reapplied the loom. Take your time, its not difficult but it can be overwhelming. As far as injectors, I used 1500cc SEP injectors as listed in the terminator drop down list. The required about a 5/8 spacer between the rail mount and the rail to seat properly. But this will depend on what injector you want to use and what rail you are using. You can use the stock M122 rail if you want, but it is about equivalent to a -6 fuel system. I used -8 lines. For the throttle body, I used a Fitech 102mm throttle body mount directly to the blower using a 3/8 plate adapter that I made. I don't recommend this. It was difficult to make a throttle cable bracket for it and the intake tubing is large and hard to route from behind the blower. It also required me to shorter the throttle blade shaft by a fair amount, and space the blower up off the adapters with 3/8 plate spacers I milled out. I also just don't recommend using ANY parts from Fitech in general anymore. They are cheap and junky.
