VSR 7875 G2.5 vs NextGen?

Just a question, I have a 5.3, but in the coming year I’m going 408. My current goal is 800+ whp, would either of those turbos get me there? And will either get me there when I go 408? I had an knock off gt45 on it but the exhaust housing cracked.

If the plan is a 408, a 75mm turbine is not the solution. Look at the 85/102 its in sale for $700 and will do what you want (and then some).

Totally agree with everything here. Anything with a 75mm turbine is going to be way too small for a 408 and run into nearly immediate back pressure issues. You may be able to hit your goal with one, but you will be putting a lot of un necessary stress on everything. Excessive back pressure can cause some not good issues. Something S400 based with a minimum 96mm turbine would get you there but agree the newer 102 turbine stuff would be better.
