Like mentioned, watch the price. The blower is the cheapest part of the build. I am finishing one now, and although it is an LS3 setup for E85, all aspects were expensive. Just cloning the proper GM blower and accessory drive was $1k. Lid $650, injectors, fuel rail is $250, pulleys, wiring, tuning, larger fuel pump, it all adds up quick.

If you use a truck accessory drive to spin the blower, it is a smaller diameter crank pulley, so you will have less boost.

Hey John, not sure what you mean by a/s? Air Separator? If so, I'm running an Elite Engineering catch can. Valley cover PCV to catch can, can to port on my LSA snout, and tee'd to both valve covers to the fresh air port on the TB.

Sorry I mean a/w, air to water. Buddy might add an LSA supercharger to his cathedral port headed 6.0 iron block in his early 70's Impala.

Yes, LSA motors have a cooling "brick" located in the lid. Both CTS-V and ZL1 run a cooling brick, but the V comes out the rear (what I'm running) and the Z comes out the front. The V lid is supposed to be better a cooing the IAT's, but the Z lid looks way more aggressive. I'm running a CTS-V lid, with a reinforced brick, 3/4" lines, Edelbrock reservoir, CWA50 heat exchanger pump, and a PLM universal heat exchanger. Keeps my IAT's nice and cool with that setup. I attribute some of that to the C7 Spal fan that I upgraded later last year.

This is the best picture of my Catch Can routing I have.

I never ended up making a nice bracket for my reservoir, but I do plan to get that done at some point this winter. Here's a picture of pretty much how it sits now minus the JD bottle haha.
