If it ran fine NA with the same injectors, it sounds like your issues are tune related.

Both old pre-turbo tune and new turbo tune (on a different PCM) are on 87 pump gas. Trying my best to keep it at 87 for cost purposes, as this is a DD. I copied as much as I could find from the old computer to the new computer's tune, since they are different OSs it wasn't an exact cell-for-cell copy obviously. I'll revisit that, already checked the injector data though and it matched up.

Yea that makes sense, with the turbo the incoming air is likely "different", more/less restrictive or whatever.. but tuning should be able to account for that. I am just waiting to have a block of time where I can swap the MAP and computer back to old and see what it does. Not sure when that'll be. That map sometimes can be a PITA especially with cold numb hands.

Im not sure which plug you're using but if they are similar to the NGK Tr6, that protrudes, you'll need to decrease the gap some. I fought the issue of spark blow out which will feel/sound similar to spark knock. I believe I was running them at .026, possibly lower.

Look into the Lean/Fuel Saving section. Theres multipliers that will, lean out the engine purposely. You can zero out those for now, to find the issue, and then turn them back on with less aggressive settings to save on fuel.

Also want to add, 87 octane and 15psi boost, usually don't mix well. When the weather temps start rising, I'd be very concerned running with those combos. At minimum put the highest octane gas you can to eliminate any issues. I've been down this rode before as many others here have.

How about try a tighter plug gap like .025 and see how it does? I think like Andrew says (who is an actual tuner) it should be leaner at idle. Also share back what your idle timing is.
