Running the taller version 210's here. Also claim to be "Genuine Bosch"... but don't they all?

Sure would be different if they said garbage knock off

VS Racing

How do you guys think they’d work with a mechanical pump at 90psi?

Grabbed 8 of these bad dogs from VS as well for my (dedicated) E85 LSA build. VS had an option for flow matching, maybe $100 more or whatever. Makes you feel scared not to check that box. Whatever, I did it. I think if they really are genuine Bosch, they are going to flow well (matched) regardless. The part I did not like through all of that was the flow data sheet VS sent was kind of weak. I think it was just closed and full tilt, no partial data, but the part I really did not like is it just said "Injector #1, Injector #2, Injector #3......". There was zero correlation to the actual injectors shipped, because the injectors I received were not even labeled as Injector #1, Injector #2, etc.... They do seem to have the "proper" Bosch laser engravings of serial numbers and such on them, but there were for sure zero correlation points between the flow chart and the injectors in the box. You can probably skip their "flow matching" and be just fine...actually receive the same thing.

The guy answering the phone @ VS was polite enough to spend time confirming the height and what not for my LSA application. He explained the difference of it being the proper fit for LSA fuel rails, but need a thicker lower O ring. Forgot the exact dimension, he mentioned it, and it was available from both aftermarket and GM. I think the LSA lower O ring from GM was 0.5mm larger OD? Probably since it is pressurized, vs a vacuum only LS3 manifold.

You wouldn't happen to have a P/N for the tall ones would you?
Wondering if these would be a drop in replacement for my FIC 1000's when the time comes.

I have the Bosch 210's in my engine now. Bought them unflow rated/match from VS a year or two ago. They've been fine. I did send off my Bosch 127# for cleaning, flow rating to , I think "Fuel Injection Specialties" and as you mentioned, they came back with a chart depicting injectors 1 thru 8's flow but no corresponding notation of any sort on any of the injectors. Kind of flustering because it's not cheap to have that done.

Best budget injector there is. Even most the aftermarket injectors are based off them

Agree. Its kinda sad some shops say OMG no way we can tune your cheap injectors, you have to buy these $2000 ones from us when they perform within 1-2% of each other in reality.

Its because most cheap injectors dont flow with in 1-2%. Your set might flow within 1-2% but there are hundreds of others that wont. As a shop its not worth the time to fight trying to tune a cheap injector that may not be able to ever idle clean or work in their setup vs having an injector that you know will work. Im not knocking the 210's, we tune those if they are flow matched or have been tested but not if they are knock offs. We saw so many injector issues with de-capped, cheap knock off's and injectors that sit with old fuel in them we bought the top of line injector machine. We never try to sell anyone injectors, we give them a list of what we feel are good injectors, if they want to buy them from us thats fine but it doesnt matter to us.
After flowing, testing and cleaning injectors for almost 2 years now it really changed my perspective on injectors. We have also a good number of tests on the dyno changing just injectors with surprising results. When you get to the big injectors 1650cc or bigger there is huge differences between brands.
