Any other details? Engine displacement, compression, fuel, etc?

Usually aren't going to get Borgs listed hp out of them on larger LS's. Like Borg rating the 179180 at 1250hp, good luck with that 82/87 turbine, you'll get closer with something that has the 88/96 turbine.

That is an odd choice of fuel for a low compression motor and relatively small turbo selection. Any reason you didn't have a billet wheel with the 88/96 turbine in your selection? Are you dead set on Borg offerings? Not sure what your goals are power wise? But if you are going to use fancy fuel and lean on it I would want a little more than an 80mm cast wheel. Borg has an S480 billet offering: Borg Warner S480 SX-E 80/88 110/96 14009097010 but you can get pretty much the same thing for a lower price: Bullseye Power Turbo Billet S480 80/96 T6 1.32a/r V-band- BRAND NEW | eBay can get it even cheaper if you look at VS Racing offerings, the next gen race cover S480 is only $850: VSR 80mm Billet T6 1.32ar – VSRacing (turbo4less.com) take your pick but any of those should get you to right about 1100whp if that supports your goals? If not and you want more power I would look into the S485/102 from various suppliers.

Nope, that will just tap out the turbine even earlier.

Doesn't matter the wheel is the restriction, you can put a 88/96 wheel in a 1.10 T4 housing and some have gone larger.

What if I swap it to a 80/96 but with a 1.32 a/r and swap the t4 flange to a t6 flange though. What if I go to billet wheel?

What would be the pros and cons in going from a 80/85 to a 80/96?
