Ideal CR for centri 370 or 408
The 408 long block I'm looking at has 9.8:1. Seems kind of low, and the 370 longblock has 10.3:1
If E85 is that prevalent, I'd take full advantage and go full E85, 11:1 comp, I've heard of guys going as high as 12:1 on E85 with forced induction.
If you get in a pinch you can still use pump premium, just stay out of the throttle.

IMO, if it were me, I'd stay around 10:1.
Personally, maximum power production isn't my primary goal, I like to have some longevity so for me it'll make what it'll make.
Its a fact a 1lb. of boost makes more than a point of compression any day so for me I'd want the mid to high 9 to low 10 compression range and run more boost.
You've got the cubes so out of boost it'll still make good power so no matter what it's gonna move.
