LS3 or LQ4

I'm looking into building a FI motor. I would like to shoot for 1000+ HP. This would be a strictly drag race motor. I would most likely run either E85 or Meth.

I have both a LS3 and a LQ4 sitting in the shop and I'm wondering which would be better to build.

I haven't decided on which form of FI Whipple, Pro-Charger or turbo. I've run turbos in the past.

Any advice on which to use and other issues would be greatly appreciated.

The cast iron LQ4 would be stronger, and since you are going "under pressure", the .2 liter displacement loss will not be missed.

That's sort of what I was thinking. If I wanted a little more displacement I can go with a 4" stroke.
