4.5 inch coupler on 112mm TB?

4.5 inch coupler on 112mm TB? Does anyone know if a 4.5 inch coupler will work on a 112mm NW Throttle Body? Asking cos I have not received my TB yet but I can get a 4.5 inch angled coupler for free basically...

112mm is 4.41 inches, and that's the ID of the TB.
Add the wall thickness x 2 and you have the OD, which shoud be a bit more than the ID of any coupler used.
Sounds like it MIGHT fit, though it will be stretched a bit
