Dome sensor placement.
open loop means it just runs directly off a duty cycle table and closed loop means it will target a boost level with duty cycle corrections.
i will usually use closed loop at first and use that to dial in a duty cycle to switch to open loop. either way works fine it just depends on your ecu/boost control and how dialed in the correction parameters are.
Why not in the dome? NVH the transducer is exposed to and can get better more stable control by adding more volume
