Procharger belt sizing

Hello all,

I am wondering if anybody has any input on belt sizing for a D1X. I have done a lot of searches and tried to reach out to a few people but nobody has a good answer so I figured id ask the guys who have the real world experience. Here are the details:

- 1999 formula
- D1X head unit
- New bracket (the auto tensioning bracket that came after the aster)
- 8" crank pulley
- 3.85" head unit pulley
- 10 rib (8 rib belt lengths would be the same I assume)

I ordered from Bob. He gave me the measurement that procharger said to use but other than that we were both at a bit of a loss.

I did do some more digging though and found out that the belt size is approx. 40.15-40.25". Now the next question is what belt are people having the most luck with.

I use a regular Napa belt. I've never seen a notable different between the belts. A good spring tensioner and a good alignment, I don't think the belt make makes much of a difference.
