Default Forced Induction on a Higher Mileage Car

I'm looking to buy an LS1 F-body with higher mileage (over 75,000), but I also will need it to be reliable. Is there any problem with putting forced induction on a higher mileage car? I haven't decided what route I want to go yet, but I would have around $5,000 to spend. Basically, is there anything that I should watch out for?

Provided the engine has been properly maintained and can pass a leak down test I wouldn't worry about it.
